We arrived at Angelina's without a reservation and were given a warm welcome by the friendly front of house manager. We were expecting a modest Italian menu but were agreeably surprised by the thoughtful mix of seafood and local produce. The house white wine was exceptionally good - a refreshing blend of Trebbiano and Garganega - and the food was a revelation ... the halibut was delicious and perfectly cooked, the scallops with squid ink risotto memorable and beautifully presented and the seafood casserole was filling and very tasty. We were impressed by the attentive service and were unsurprised to learn that the chef, John Smith had reached the quarter finals of Professional Masterchef. The overall experience was a welcome surprise and we would rate Angelina's higher than nearby Venetia's where we had eaten the night before. Highly recommended!

"As a parent finding a restaurant that is child friendly and not a Wacky Warehouse, serves great food but isn't strictly adults only and opens before 5.30pm is a treasure and one eagerly shared with other parents. Angelina's is such a restaurant.
Appearance wise the restaurant is modern, airy, clean and well laid out; very nice indeed.
